Product Returns
Please inspect all merchandise within 7 days of arrival.If for any reason your merchandise arrives damaged, please DO NOT DISGUARD packaging or product as we will have to have the carrier inspect the damages for return.Simply call us at 620.655.5987 or e-mail us at info@ambermarieandcompany.com and we will file your claim.We do not offer returns, however if you would like to exchange an item we will offer a credit towards a future purchase or another product.The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges of returning an item if for any other reason besides damages.Damages will not be accepted after 7 days, or without the original packaging.
Shipping Cost Shipping is not calculated in your total.We only charge for the exact amount of shipping.Due to the variety of products and variety of carriers…each product determines a different carrier.We ship the cheapest and safest possible way for our customers!You will be billed separately for the shipping.For example, if you check out with pay pal, you will have 2 invoices…one for the product and one after shipping is calculated.
